Growing up in Tanzania has allowed Joshua to spend a vast amount of time in the varying habitats from Savanna to Marine. Since a young age Joshua’s father took him on many safari’s which were often a combination of cultural, wildlife photographic and walking safaris. After obtaining a Bachelor of Environmental science at the University of Idaho, Joshua returned to Tanzania to be immersed in Tanzania’s bush. Working as a Guide now for several years, Joshua has led many walking trips in Tarangire and in Maasai-land. Joshua is an accredited Wilderness first responder for any medical emergencies. Being fluent in English, Swahili and German allows Joshua to converse with a wide range of guests and local Tanzanians.
